Group functional fitness classes
The Crate Performance focuses mainly on group functional fitness classes. To challenge our members, we incorporate movements and training techniques from various realms of fitness (e.g. weightlifting, gymnastics, high-intensity interval training, powerlifting, calisthenics, endurance training, etc.).
What sets our programming apart?
The WOD (workout of the day) is written each day by our head coaches. Whereas other gyms often cater workouts average/intermediate athlete, our philosophy is to program for the gym's top performers. Why? Simply put, it sets the bar higher. Less experienced athletes are given an aggressive goal to aim for and the more experienced are given an appropriate challenge. It is a way to push our members to continually strive for better and avoid complacency. Although it might sound intimidating, EVERY workout can be scaled appropriately!
